surgery next weekAbout 8 years ago I had a gastric bypass (stomach stapling) that didn't go quite as planned, I bled out and spent a week in a coma, and 4 1/2 weeks in the hospital, in addition to having a couple of strokes in the process that affected my memory and fine motor skills. I have a hernia where one of the incisions was made just above my waist, and am going in Tue. of next week for repair surgery. If all goes well, my stay will be just overnight. Any prayers will be appreciated.

Re: surgery next weekJohn
Betty and I will have you in our prayers. I don't envy you on the repair. I had one done about ten years ago and they gave me an epidural, hope I spelled it right, and I had a reaction to it. I went into shock and the even called the crash cart out, thought I might not make it but God had other things in mind. As you see I made it fine. Again we will be praying for you and a quick recovery. Jim My wife has a long honey do list, I read it, thank about it, than take a nap to see if it goes away. 49 Cub ![]()
