Today Annie and I celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary.

This afternoon she nonchalantly said, "Does it feel to you we have been married 39 years?"

Now I don't often get a straight line like that, so without even thinking about possible consequences I said,

"Seems like forever."

and that's how the fight started....

I should be able to take solid food again soon.
