David, I know there are a number of home remedies that many of my relatives swear by. But you are near any number of excellent hospitals and clinics. Please consider lithotripsy. Its painless and passing them is not.

Lithotripy is NOT painless. Passing the fragments,can be excruciating. Sometimes the fragments are still too large to pass,and need to be removed by a scope.(30 years in surgical radiology experience,speaking) If the litho breaks the stone into powder, passing it is virtually painless. Ed
