Re: It's Barnyard's DayThanks for the well wishes everyone. I spent most of the day clowning around in BOB. The weather was just right for me, none of that 102 degree stuff this time of year.
I can officially retire if I want today. However, I am blessed with a good job and it is one I enjoy. I am also still in good health so I figured I would stick around a little longer. Rosie could have gone out over four years ago but lingered around and planned to go out in March 2012. As luck would have it she and several others in her office have been offered a nice buyout package if they retire prior to December 31. She can't turn that down, so by Christmas she will have plenty of time to help with the outside lights. I was told our office may be offered the same buy out later. If that happens I might have to rethink my options. I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.
