Its Offical

Postby Jeff Silvey » Wed Mar 07, 2012 7:23 am

As you all know Steve Butram took the job of Deputy Chief of the Lafayette FD. Steve had told me when the swearing in was going to be I thought I'm going to support him as a friend & brother FF. It was a very nice ceremony with the council chambers full with family members, freinds, & on duty firefighters. I did have several people ask who I knew I said Steve then they said how you know Steve I said tractors they said you mean those cubs I said yes then they would smile. Present as well were Steve's parents, & his in laws. Congrats Steve you will do a Great job.

Lady pinning Steve's Badge is the lady that got Steve involed in the fire service where he lives. Along with his family.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
