You guys are a hail magnet this year! A bad one in April and another yesterday. The news up here was showing hail the size of golf balls.
You doing alright?

Re: Another Dallas Hail Storm...Jim Becker, you OK?
It was one whale of a storm but it missed us. The part of the storm with the baseball sized hail passed to our southwest. The part with the softball size hail and 70 mph winds passed to our northeast. We got a slight sprinkle of rain.
If you think I'm exaggerating on size, go to google images and search for "dallas hail storm june 2012". As always with google images, a few that don't belong get mixed in. But you willl get the general idea. The smashed tile roofs are amazing.

I was watching that late last night and early this morning on CTV ... yeah... it made the news up here. First thing I thought of was Jim and the rest of our Cub Community in the Dallas area. I hope all are ok and there was not too much damage from that hail. Wow .. it was coming down hard and heavy with moments of increased waves.. shocking.
Hope all are safe. Prayers + for all.

Glad to hear you didn't suffer any damage. Hope none of the other Cubbers in the vicinity did.Jim Becker wrote:It was one whale of a storm but it missed us. I did the Google search as you suggested...WOW! Looks like insurance premiums will be going up in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area in the near future.
