I've been following Jan's Facebook posts and Dale has had some serious issues with his kidneys in the hospital. She said prayers would be appreciated. She has them here. Get well soon Dale.

I am home and on the mend.

I had a total left hip replacement on Wednesday. All is well with that..

I developed a couple other issues while there. I went into kidney failure, which we expected since it happened each of the last 2 surgeries I have had. They are up and running fine now.

I also slept on a knotted up blanket, causing a bone bruise on my lower back. It hurts a lot worse than the hip

Get well soon Dale.

I know about the blankets. As you know I move patients for a living, and, especially those who are sedated or bed-confined, even if for just a few days, it is very important to not have any extra bunched-up linen under them.
