Thanks everyone, Melissa and Nick came over and we went to see a Chrismas display at a farm near us. It is layed out around the tree lined edge of about a ten acre field and you walk in one huge circle around its outer edge. They feature over a million lights so I figured I might come home with some ideas for nxt year. 
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.
