Prayer her in ar. also , my mother is 91 and has had one kidney since 1954 and she is still doing great.

Thomas' daughter has come through the surgery just fine. The doctors are going to biopsy the nodule that was on the bad kidney just to make double sure. I know he'd appreciate continued thoughts and prayers. He'll update when he gets a chance.

Bev has had only 1 kidney the past 17 years and is still going strong

Brittany is doing good so far except for the pain. The pain is to be expected. Stresses me to see her crying like she does at times. I just try not to let it show and be strong for her.
I want to thank y'all for all the prayers and well wishes. It means alot to me. I showed Brittany this post before she went into surgery. I wish y'all could've seen the smile on her face!

Praying for a fast recovery and also prayers of comfort for you all.
If it helps ease your mind, my Grandmother had a kidney removed in her 20's, early 30's and it never slowed her down. She passed away at 98.
