Stanton's progress report

Postby Stanton » Sat Nov 08, 2014 12:14 pm

Stanton Gragg's heart surgery went very well. The valve was able to be repaired rather than replaced (BIG praise!). He remains in ICU for now, but there's talk of moving him later today. He was joking with the staff after the breathing tube was removed, so his humor wasn't damaged in the least! His color was good (despite all the wires and tubes coming out of him) and they were going to sit him up in a chair as I was leaving. He wanted me to make sure you all were informed of his progress and that he covets your prayers. Speaking for myself, I really appreciate you all and the genuine care that is shown on this site to your fellow Cub brothers. Stan's wife, Robyn

I know how relived you must feel Robyn. I'm so happy things went well. He is a good man and I know you and the doctors will take special care of him.
