Thanks everyone .. it was a grand day.
First I am still breathin which makes it a fabulous day.
Second, I am feeling a bit better lately .. and that is one heck of a birthday present.
Third .. Em and I got to enjoy a very nice old fashioned home style meal at a local restaurant noted for it's home cooking ... yummm but the best part was being able to share it with me bride ..
Having so many wonderful friends is a real blessing.. and just to remind you all, that I thank each of you for your thoughts and prayers as they have been felt and helped me immensely over the last number of months.
Sadly, my sister passed a few days earlier which put a damper on the family but .. Marlene would have been the first to say - celebrate life and celebrate life with family and friends. So that is what we did .. quietly but celebrate and thank the Lord for His blessings (+)
