Digital Multimeter. $2.99

Postby Eugene » Wed Feb 03, 2010 11:59 pm

Harbor Freight. Product #: 98025. $2.99. 7 Function Digital Multimeter. 9 volt battery included.

Purchased one today. Checked DC and AC voltages for accuracy. 100% on, compared with a Kelvin (expensive). Jumpers will take care of the short leads. Should be a decent multimeter for the shop - tractors.
I have an excuse. CRS.

I've used one, for a while. Gets the job done. Ed

I usually pick up 2 or 3 of these every time I visit HF. I don't feel bad if I drop it, lose it or run over it! I like my analog meters for working on old tractors but these are good for about anything that does not involve a running engine or old style generator.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that!
