The defective router is going back to Amazon. On their website they say returns processed within two days. You can print out the R/A and a post paid shipping label. Can't beat that for good service.

I have done business with Amazon for several years and have yet to have a problem with a product they or one of their vendors sells that was not resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
