Santa came early at my house.
Been watching Craigslist a while to see if a Drill Doctor would pop up.
Picked up this like-new 500x today...
Already ordered the larger chuck to sharpen the 1/2" thru 3/4" bits.

I really like mine, but it has a zip up bag to store it in, which is a lot handier than the molded case.

I bought mine about 4 years ago, after waiting and watching a while. I found on Ebay a 500series that had been a store display, ad had no box or chuck, but was complete with everything else, including carry bag, manuals, cd, etc. Got it for $35. I watched Ebay for a few more days, and got the 3/4 chuck which also goes down to 1/8 for $15. It took about a week to pay for itself, and over the 4 years since I bought it has saved me enough to pay for several of them. It really paid off when I put Helicoils in a few finals, both for me and for a couple of friends.
