Have a picture in the Cubfest Photo Host, how do I attach it to my reply to Thiggy? [Other tractors & machinery]

open the picture in the photo host. Right click on it and copy the url of the picture. Then in your post on the board click on the img button, paste the url and then click the img button again

The problem you are experiencing is that you do not have an image selected. What you have is a url which refers to a thread and not an image.

If I knew what the file was I could just insert it.. but I don't.. looked but could not find it..

You need to find the exact pic on the Cubfest Photo Host Server you want to use.. then left click on it.. then right click on it, and then left click on properties.. and then highlight the address or url from left to right and grab all of the url including the .jpg file extension.. then paste into your thread between the [img]and[/img] statements.. then it will work..
