Bill - I have the same problem. I havent figured out yet what it is. Ralphs site is the only one to crash.... I think its an update of some kind that isnt working right...but ive gone through everything and I'm stuck. I just email him if I need stuff anymore. Wish I could help. If you find out pleae let me know!!
