Can anybody out there give me instruction on how to set the clock on my end so I am not posting messages and 2:35 A.M.

I've gotten pretty good at figuring out this new board without much tutoring from others. However, I CANNOT seem to get a handle on this clock thing Can anybody out there give me instruction on how to set the clock on my end so I am not posting messages and 2:35 A.M. I live in the central time zone .

Set it for GMT - 6 hours. (thats minus 6 hours)
