Ditto Gilles, you need to share some more of your secrets with the others.

Jim: Have you thought of cross-breeding the cat and horse?Maybe get an offspring which resembles a horse with three legs, nine lives and be able to jump over tall buildings and land safely on the other side. If you can make a horse with two legs surely you can create an offspring with three. Dan

Could be the file type? Just took a look at the properties of Gille's avatar, and it is a jpeg. The properties of the file that Gille's is using in his signature however, has "Gif" extension to it.
Took a look a BigBill's avatar and it's a gif, and the animation on his works.
You might take a look at the original, use a probgram like IrfanView to resize it, and be sure to save it with the original type of file extension, and see if that fixes your problem?

Gilles, no problem. When you have the right software, these things are easy. Glad I could help you out. Took me longer to download the old file, and upload the new file than it did for me to do the resizing and fixing for you. Enjoy MD.
