Maybe I don't see it on their website, but how do you contact the folks at KubKraft? I was trying to get some snowplow shoes but I can't find a contact information button or anything which responds to a mouse click. Their homepage has no contact information either.
Can anyone tell me their phone number or e-mail address?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just had a look at KubKraft and you are right, the email addy is not there... but you can pm Rick.. here if need be. However, be advised that there is a banner which says: KubKraft wrote:>>> Thanks for visiting the KubKraft site. At this time only the Rear Seal Retainers are available. <<<
. Rick will take down the contact info if he is busy and cannot take orders etc.... [slight edit to correct a dumdum booboo]

I talked to Rick at Ralph's last weekend. He asked me to set the banner up so everyone can see that he is not taking orders other than for the rear seal. He also had the order button removed because of his current status. So in answer to your question, you can't contact him to place an order at this time unless you need a seal retainer which he has available.
