what is the anti spambot vs human question i see on some of the sigs?

It's part of the spam protection that prevents robotic registration on the forum which helps keep the spam posts off the forum. It gives a math problem which requires a human input and if the question is not answered correctly the registration fails. You will see the display on all those who registered after Dennis put it into effect.
