Fourm times messed up

I noticed today on the fourm that the times on the post are not right for an example like say i sumited one at 5:00 it says like 6:01 just thought i would let the mantainers (dont know the exact word to put there) of the website no

Cody, you need to go into your User Control Panel and set the time zone you are in. If you did not change it when the clocks were set back it would be off.

I just noticed something that I keep forgetting. Once Daylight Savings Time has expired you need to change that preference in the UCP as well:

Edit global settings
Users can contact me by e-mail: Yes No
Administrators can e-mail me information: Yes No
Allow users to send you private messages: Note that administrators and moderators will always be able to send you messages. Yes No
Hide my online status: Changing this setting won’t become effective until your next visit to the board. Yes No
Notify me on new private messages: Yes No
Pop up window on new private message: Yes No
My language:
My board style:
My timezone:

Summer Time/DST is in effect: Yes No
My date format: The syntax used is identical to the PHP date() function.

Make sure that Summer Time/DST is not in effect as this will offset the time by 1 hour.
