Private Messages in outbox for long time.

Rudi: It seems when I send a Private Message, that my outbox has messages in it for days and days. Does it say that because the person I am sending it to has not viewed it yet, or is it just not going to your server for delivery?

Also.. just to clear things up.

My server has nothing to do with the PM at all. The PM mailbox is a function of the phpBBS software that runs on this site and this site's admin/owner is none other than Dennis. My server is the Cub Manual Server aka Rudi's Farmall Cubs. It is an adjunct to this site.
