Don't see Lurker Carl's Carb pictures

When I open his repair tips, I get the text, but no pictures. Can you tell me if I need a different software or? Thanks, Bob

If you don't have Powerpoint, you can download a free Powerpoint viewer from Microsoft. It lets you look at presentations, just not create them.

Which viewer to get depends on which version of the operating system you are using. Go to Google and search for the 3 words
microsoft powerpoint viewer
and look at the first few results.

But if you have one of the later operating systems (newer than about W '98), you can get the more capable Powerpoint Viewer 2003.

Thanks guys, It appears that because I'm on version 1 of Windows 98, I cannot get the photos with the download. However, because of ongoing problems with this ten year old CPU, when the new Dell arrives, the problem should be taken care of.
