you need to set up an accont at either a place like
http://photobucket.com/
I use this one.
You load your pictures on to the site and on photobucket there is a thing where you can select IMG. copy and paste that in to a post and you should have a picture. it will all readt have in the pasted part so there will be need for them. Hope this was helpful
