Dennis should be able to answer this question. What triggers a topic to be dropped from the "View New Topics" screen? This is the screen that I have set as a favorite to open when I want to access the cub forum. I just am curious whether time or number of topics or what makes the topic disappear.

Re: View New Topics
It works like the advanced search does when limiting searches to one day.
You can essentially do the same thing in the user control panel under board preferences -> edit display options -> Display posts from previous days; and setting it to 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.
I personally use the View unread posts; but whatever works for each individual is why we have all the options available.
