how do u posts pic in this forum. i have some pics i want to post but i cant figure out how to do it. any help would be appriciated

First thing is that the picture has to be "out on the World Wide Web". Once it is out there, you can link to it from here and have it show up in your post.
If you have a service provider, they may be able to help you get them "up loaded" to the web.
That will get you started....
