Just sharpened my first chain with it. Old beat up chain, teeth were 1/2 the length of a new chain. Actually did a decent job of sharpening the chain.
Product is primarly plastic. Fit of the parts a bit loose. Manual is in "English". Explaination of set up - not very good. Actually, I just looked at the pictures to figure out the set up - set up is not complicated. Operation is fast and easy.
Product is probably ok for occasional use. Definitely not for someone who needs to sharpen chains on a frequent basis.

Eugene - I agree. I have one of them and as you said, it is not difficult to figure out how to set up and use it. For occasional use it will beat chasing someone down to sharpen chains.

I have one . Sharpened over 30 times, and its still working. I treat it rather gently,as Harbor Freight electric motors are not the best. Cheap, though. First 3 or 4 sharpenings, pays for the tool. Ed
