I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born I washed her and greased her and painted her red Now she lives happily right here in my shed. HOME of THE STONETHROW CUBFEST 2007 Cub Tug Champion

Re: Other ProjectsExcellent pictures, Ron. Love the trains.
But my special interest was the gun. I own one just like that. It belonged to my granddad. Sure glad I ended up with it. Nice workmanship on the chest. I like the joinery. Good job. In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity. - Albert Einstein

Re: Other ProjectsRon:
Nice chest, nice box joints I like trains too, mostly HO scale. I have some rolling stock and a limited amount of track. Hopefully one day I will have my basement finished to display our collections and have the train set running around the basement on an elevated track. Maybe even plexi in places.. be kinda cool. Keep posting pics of your progress with the trains. Might give other closet train enthusiasts ideas Confusion breeds Discussion which breeds Knowledge which breeds Confidence which breeds Friendship

Re: Other ProjectsRudi,
I don't remember the details but there was an article in one of the model train magazines that I used to get all the parts to do the flat car with. I'll look and see where I put it and publish the info so anyone can look it up if they like. Ron I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
