Chicken coop removal
The ground was good and frozen yesterday morning, so I decided it was time to remove the old chicken coop that came with our new house (last year). The old H easily flipped it onto its side and I dragged it up by the burn pile so I can increase my carbon footprint. The massive woodchuck den underneath it has since been destroyed as well!

Re: Chicken coop removal
That brought back a memory. When I was 8 or 10 years old (a long long time ago) I used to walk to my Uncle Edgar's and help him out occasionally. I went up one day to help him move his outhouse (yes, we still had outhouses back then). He had already dug the hole, and backed his John Deere MT up to it and handed me the end of a chain to put around it, intending to use the lift armas to rock it over on the drawbar and move it to the new location. Just as he pulled the chain tight there was a banging on the door. Aunt Margie was in it. He claimed that was accidental, but neither Aunt Margie or I really believed him. Just a few months after that they decided to put indoor plumbing in.

You are right, she did not. I think that was the reason Uncle Edgar had to install indoor plumbing shortly afterward.Donegal Cub wrote:That was Funny John I laughed at that I will lay a bet poor old auntie Margie didn't think it one bit Funny

Good story John
I would like to find a shed like that to use a woodshed.
