Nurses

Postby Bus Driver » Sat Apr 15, 2017 9:00 pm

Patient in the hospital, unpleasant fellow who berated the nurses all the time, reminding them of his important position in business, his wealth, etc.
Nurse comes and announces that she is there to take his temperature. He opens his mouth and she tells him that he needs to roll over this time. Griping, he does so. She does the insertion, tells him not to move so as not to break anything, to wait until she returns. She walks out leaving the door open. He hears much laughter in the hallway as people pass by. After about an hour, a different nurse comes in and he tells her to finish taking his temperature quickly as he has been waiting a long time She laughs and says that this is the first time she has seen temperature taken with a carnation.
