Boss, is that your shed building gun?
I bought while I was framing for the kitchen remodel. Works great but watch you don't nail yourself, I managed to get my left hand while shooting with my right. Just a knick but one heck of a wake up call.
I didn't think to save three box to ship Cub parts.

Doug, I had a summer job in college working at a lumber yard that build stairs, trusses, and assembled pre-hung doors. There were two guys in the truss department that would occasionally have a shoot out to see who would win the Darwin award. The guns back then didn't have the safety tip ( or they were locked down), and I'm surprised there weren't more accidents.

Local guy in Potosi was redoing a roof, and putting down new sheeting. He did not like the safety interlock and had disabled it. He nailed his foot to the roof. Hammer was out of reach, and before cell phones. He had to stay there on the roof yelling for help until the letter carrier (Dad) came by on his route. Dad went inside house and called police for help.

I used nail guns for 2 summers without incident but nailed my hand just a bit redoing some joists.
I wanted to put pressure against thejoist to mate it to a cross brace. The crosd brace split on impact and the nail went through the joist and a out 1/2 inch came through and into the meat under my thumb. Luckily it only went in Bout 1/4 inch in and didnt cause much damage. A coworker put a 3 inch nail into his hand and the entire nail was embedded.
