Back to Cedar Key. Many, many thanks to Mary, Roy, Billy Ray, Tim, Raymond, Jim and all the others who helped, for another great Deep South Cub Fest. Already planning for next year.

Glad you had a great time. Rosie and I sure missed not being there.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Great food and company. I think all the projects were completed as much as time and parts allowed.

Ms Connie and I just got back as well. Ditto on the thanks to Mr E, Mary and the DSCF gang for putting on a great time. The food was better than ever and the whole event was well attended with several first timers.
Al - I did a few things to "Bessie" and ended up back with an operating magneto, an easy hand crank start and a run on the dyno courtesy of Steve and Gary. The little 49 cub ran flawlessly and put out a whopping...……….. 6.7HP.
Pictures and video are coming but not tonight - I'm beat from the drive.

A big thanks to Roy and all of the gang for their hospitality . We had a great time as always I learned from the pros. Talking with old friends makes it all worthwhile . Tomorrow we go to Naval air museum then head towards Va.

The TN boys got back home (at least my home) at 8:15 PM. This could be our record time for the trip.
I agree with the other comments. Great hosts and hostess, good food and fellowship. Brother Roger and I think that we have made all 10 DSCF.

Looking forward to next year.
Now on to LA Cubfest in about 5 weeks.

We made it home about 230 PM Indiana time all in one piece on Sunday. Only thing wrong when we got home was the heat went out in the shop. That's minor.

Made it home around 5:30 this afternoon and already miss the warm sunshine! Drizzly and cold here in NC, with rain forcast for the week. Decided to unload stuff tomorrow...hopefully it will be dryer.

Thanks to Roy, Mary and the Gang for another great DSCF!! :hattip: I especially want to thank Raymond and Steve for "healing" my SA! :{_}: For those interested, it was a combination of bad gov/carb linkage adjustment after a carb swap and the Anti-surge adjustment (like the cub's bumper spring adjustment), which was quite a bit off. Simple fixes IF you know the problem!!!
