Barnyard Bash - This is for 2010 not this year.

Postby Barnyard » Mon Apr 26, 2010 10:19 pm

We are just over three weeks away from another fun time. Rosie and I would like to get an idea how many are coming so we can get the food figured out. Please let us know if you are coming. If you don't know now that's fine we won't run you off if you surprise us.

I am also going to put electric out for the campers. This will only be a 20 amp circuit per camper which is enough to power a few lights and a microwave or coffee pot. It will also be enough to recharge your batteries Let me know if you plan to bring your camper and need electric so I can make sure I make up enough outlets and get them spread out. This may be limited depending on number of units but we will get it worked out.

So far the list looks like this!

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Bill,

I will probably have a son in law or two come by, I will firm it up as they know their work schedules a little closer.

I could use electric... and a real long cord. :D

It looks like things are shaping up, can't wait,
David

I see you already have us on the list, Thanks! While it's always nice to be able to plug the motor home in, it's not a big deal to us, so if it's available, Thanks! If not, that's OK too.

Bill,
I see that I'm already on the list. Cindy and I are looking forward to the Bash. Cindy would like to talk to Rosie to see what she can bring for the dinners. If you can have her call her at 317-861-4502.

Hi Bill,

Sorry to say that I can't make the Bash this year. I have had the date on my calendar all year, but family schedule got in the way! Hope to see you all at the Tug.

Paul Frayne

ps-save me a spot around the campfire for next year and watch out for them folding chairs!
