I was there shortly thereafter. Yep, long drive. But a very enjoyable trip. Seen a lot of this beautiful country that I have never seen before.

We are hiding out in Kansas for the night. See you all after lunch tomorrow.

Mel and the border patrol are watching the barnyard while we are gone. A neighbor had his garage cleaned out last week. Thieves took everything he had in it.

Rosie and I went to visit Bob for a bit and are now at the Super 8. Going to dinner in a couple of hours. It looks to be a great weekend.

Sorry I missed this, as Bob msntioned, we stayed in Hayes. As we passed through Topeka I told Rosanne we need to get to the Kansas CubFest one year.

Yes you were only 60 miles away.
Do not know when you are coming back, but next weekend(Sept-13-15) is the Power of the past show in Ottawa, Ks. Featured tractor this year is IH. I will be there Friday and Saturday. Great show, will have many tractors and a Parade of tractors each day at 1:00.

Did I not hear that there was going to be a Rocky Mtn Cubfest? Haven't heard a word about today's activities. Don't keep it a secret. Keep the ones of us informed, who had to cancel.
