I plan to bring the FH 1 point for my RM42 WOODS mower and get some opinions on how to repair/replace the point that the PO cut off. I have the part that was cut off. This is what it looks like now. WOODS no longer offers the new replacement part. Stan

Hello Mr. Roy,
What size drums did you use for the chimney on your fire pit? I used 55 gallon drums on mine. Also what is the ID of the pit itself? Please let me know and we will try to fix the problem. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Looks like we might need a little extra warmth this weekend. [For us Southern folks] We will be loading up tomorrow to leave out Thursday AM. Let me know if we need to bring anything to help out.
Thanks,
Buddy & Hope

Buddy,
I should have used 55 gallon drum. Thought these would be a bit lighter and might work. And they do, but the bigger ones would be better. We can discuss when you arrive.

Roy don't make the fire pit too complicated. We TN boys sometimes can be a little SLOW to catch on.

PROJECTS UPDATE:
Hood patch in FCub, saved original hood/tank--thanks to Raymond's welding skills and Mr. E's shop facilities, 100%
Save original IH carb for FCub--thanks to Don and Bob's patience and skills, 100%
Repair and save Wood's RM42-CF mower Fash Hitch connector--thanks again to Raymond and Mr. E, 100%
Do you see a pattern here? Wish I could bat 100% on all my projects. I can't say enough good things about this DSCF, not to mention all the treasures that made their way to me via Cub Express from Tim, Bill, Dale, Bill, Buddy, Marion, Jim, Harold, that's not to forget others like Chris who also is getting a plow and FH carrier, hope I didn't forget someone, (I'm beginning to loose count here  ). Maybe that's why I'm awake at 1 AM, can't wait to get the second day started! :D Stan
