For anyone interested or in the Southwest Michigan or Northern Indiana area, the Buchanan, Michigan School System is hosting it's annual Buchanan School Farm Plow Day. The festivities start out with an all you can eat pancake and sausage breakfast. Plowing will begin at 9:00 AM with antique tractors, horses and sometimes even garden tractors. There will be a petting zoo for the kiddies among other activates as well as a restored one room school house from the 1800's.
I've attended the event for years mostly plowing with my 1937 John Deere A or 1952 B. The last few years I've pulled the hay wagon giving hay rides to allow visitors an up-close view of the dirt getting turned over. There are usually a couple of hundred visitors that attend the event. The School Farm is located on Andrews Road just north of Buchanan, Michigan.
Here's a few pictures from years past.
