Photos from the Bash - New Pix added 6-2-15

Postby Barnyard » Mon Jun 01, 2015 11:56 am

I posted a bunch of Bash pix to the photohost. I know there were cameras everywhere and I know how hard it is for some to post. If anyone would like to send your pix to me via email I will post the for you. Since they would be posted through my account they would have my name as author, but I can add a disclaimer showing who took them. Just swamp me with them at jeepguy1@cinci.rr.com. If you can resize them to 640x480 it would help me speed the process, but that is not a requirement.

In the meantime here are mine. http://photos.cubfest.com/thumbnails.php?album=1511

Thanks for the pics it is obvious that you all had a great weekend. I hope to come to your event in the future, It reminds me of all of the fine folks that I have met at the Fests. Also it so educational for me to work with and talk to folks that really know the Cubs.

Thanks for sharing the pics. It gives me a great sense of the huge size of the new barn and I see there are expansion joints in the floor. Looks like you all had a good time. Do I see some insulation work going on around the sides of the barn??. A lot of work went into organizing and catering for all those who attended, well done to them!! :worthy: :worthy: . Again thanks for the pics :thanx: :thanx:

There is a pic that Dale submitted showing Clint mowing. We had to leave before he mounted the mower on his cub. Looks like everything went well, according to the pic. Did the "re-engineered" PTO hold together? Took about a committee of 10 or 12 to figure that one out.

Ron, it went real well. I will post a video tomorrow showing it in action.

I see a very special "golden convertible cub" snuck out of BOB and into the new shop. That one will look great with a cub-22 hanging out it's side!

Rick, Bill and Gary fired up the Camaro and let it run for about 15 minutes.

I figured the mid afternoon monsoon would have cancelled any chance of mowing.

Rick, I had to get it out from uder all the pigeon on BOB. Now that it is in plain sight everyday, I might decide to work on it.

I'm surprised they don't have a "0-60" time to report!

Rick, when Bob says they "fired up the Camaro" he means it literally. The ether (I assume) that Steve was shooting into the carb ignited briefly. It was entertaining. But the Camaro roared to life and sounded great.
