John, here is the schedule for all CubFests this year. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=90688
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Re: Ontario Cubfest ?
John,
A CubFest is like the Field of Dreams, "Build it and they will come." Think about the possibility of hosting one yourself. You will be surprised at how many will come. I normally attend four CubFests regularly, only one of them is closer to me than you are. I'm leaving tomorrow for a 16 hour drive to attend a CubFest. You're only fours away from me -- a walk in the park.
If you are interested in the potential of hosting a CubFest, talk to some who have hosted CubFests. I'm confident that they are more than willing to share their experiences/suggestions with you.
Here are a couple of links that may be of interest to you:

I realize that the mere thought of hosting a CubFest may be daunting, however, several folks host CubFests and seem no worse for wear.

John, I agree with Bills thoughts. Cecil has his CubFest this fall in Oxford New York, just five hours from you. Mine will be this June, just under eight hours.
