Rosanne and I rolled into the barnyard around 5:30. Drove most of the way though the night with a short layver at the truck stop in Salina and the fuel stop on the Kansas turnpike.

A huge thanks to Sue, Bob and Darby for the warm welcome. The food and fun was great as expected. Another big thanks to everybody who laid hands on my Cub. Rear tire mounting is much easier when there are extra hands. A lot of things were done to it and if I mention names I will forget somebody

With all that said, Thanks to all who were there for being a part of it and we definitely plan to be there again next year!.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I would like to thank Sue and Bob for a great Cubfest. The food was great! Also had a good time visiting with everyone and helping with others projects. Thanks Cecil for the help on my carburetor. Got home Sunday morning 12:35AM. Up at 7:00 to go to a local tractor show. It was a good day. Made a deal on a A14V W.F. Hebard aircraft tug. Didn't expect to run on to that. Picked it up Friday. Stashed it away Sunday. Another project for later on. Hope everyone arrived home safe. Until next time, Frank

From the young guy and his uncle, plus wife and daughter who came Cub-less - it was nice to meet all of you, and thanks for welcoming us AND feeding us! Quite an education seeing that Cub split in half to change the clutch - and completed in record time despite a setback or two!

If anyone comes across a great Cub for sale - please pass it along. I'd prefer to pay a bit more for one that's already in great shape. I'm not scared of work or maintenance, but don't have the time to grind rust, paint, these days.

Thanks again!
