I have been pretty busy the last few weeks, but I thought I better get this done.

Thank you to all who showed up for the Shallow Creek Farm MiniFest. The weather was perfect and the friendship was great. We had a whopping three projects - two carbs and a manifold. They actually kept us busy for the day. Everyone had a great time whether it was in the shop, outside chatting, in the shop when the meals came out, or sitting around the fire.

Thanks for the good time. A big thanks to Rosie! Without her I could never pull this off.

Gary probably kept busy the most. He certainly made a new guy happy by rebuilding his carb.

Jo wanted to lean as much as she could. She even learned how to remove a hog from scalding water.

Fortunately, Jeff had somebody who would talk to him. lol

Gary, Steve and I went to the wood pile and picked out an overnighter. We put it on the fire just before 6:00 pm. It was still burning at 8:00 am the next morning.

As you can see, it fit in the fire pit.

Two nice Cubs owned by Gary Dotson.

Some of the folks camped as usual.

And of course we had a clown sighting.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
