Help with ID of a weight.

I picked a pair of these up with a pair of rear cub weights. The only markings are some raised numbers that look like 688R or similar. They weigh around 35- 55lbs? They are approximately 15" across.http://photos.cubfest.com/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=10408&pos=0

I have a set of thoses same weights there for a Farmall B, front wheels.
My Dad brought them home for weight in our cars during the winter.

must be an aftermarket of some sort or a different manufacturer all together... like JD or something, I'v never seen them on any IH before...
