Hi I need more information on this project I've been working on I've been told by three different people that its a Bobcat built in the mid 60s any info would be apreseaded the guy I bought it from built the stainless gas tank and grill and floor boards he bought it from a junk yard and started restoring it. It looks like it originly had a hood of some kind. It mows great has hydraulic transmitionn it works with a hand lever a bit touchy though it sure is fast. Clock it at 28 mph. So any info would be great. http://i471.photobucket.com/albums/rr72 ... G00045.jpghttp://i471.photobucket.com/albums/rr72 ... G00046.jpghttp://i471.photobucket.com/albums/rr72 ... Looking it over, my first thought was an older model commercial mower, but after looking at all of the pictures, it looks to me as if it is a custom built, or shop built unit made from a few different parts. Either way, it is a great job, and like BD, I like it.

Looks like you got a nice one. Have fun with it. I see them all the time at the Portland Swap meet. They can be rather pricey in good condition.

Good eyeballs Steve.... I would have guessed it was 'home crafted'. That is one cool machine.
Reminds me somewhat of a Crosley (FarmORoad?). Sometimes clever ideas just don't get far.
