Hi I need more information on this project I've been working on I've been told by three different people that its a Bobcat built in the mid 60s any info would be apreseaded the guy I bought it from built the stainless gas tank and grill and floor boards he bought it from a junk yard and started restoring it. It looks like it originly had a hood of some kind. It mows great has hydraulic transmitionn it works with a hand lever a bit touchy though it sure is fast. Clock it at 28 mph. So any info would be great.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Re: Help identify lawn mower
Looking it over, my first thought was an older model commercial mower, but after looking at all of the pictures, it looks to me as if it is a custom built, or shop built unit made from a few different parts. Either way, it is a great job, and like BD, I like it.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

Looks like you got a nice one. Have fun with it. I see them all the time at the Portland Swap meet. They can be rather pricey in good condition.

Good eyeballs Steve.... I would have guessed it was 'home crafted'. That is one cool machine.
