Do not know anything about that model or the condition of your mower, but Simplicity is one of the better mowers made. Even is they are now owned by Briggs and Stratton.

They don't seem to sell for what they are worth, especially vs. what is available today. I have a 4210 from the 70's that I use a few times a year and it works fine, it is well built. The values I have seen are all over the board, as were their condition. Price it at what it is worth to you and if it sells you will be happy with the results.
