pulled head and found 3 stuck valves motor turns over any ideas what the side dresser or front weight may be worth

There is a organic farm in Sunderland Ma that has several of them he converted to electric golf cart motors. You may be able to find the contact info through a google search. I know they are looking for parts ect.
