MH 44, depending on engine and specific model; between 39.4 hp on the drawbar for the diesel to 41.3 for the gas. The MH-44 Special Standard has 52 hp on the draw bar.
Equipment size. Unknown, to many variables. Should pull a 3 -16" plow and 10 foot tandem disk.
Edit: But, depends on weight and style of disk.
