John Deere Trailer Plows

Just off loaded. Couple of John Deere trailer type plows. Picked them up for scrap iron price and some gas money for delivery on the acreage. Plan is/was to purchase a trailer type plow to plow a deer food plot. Cause - done bent the crap out of a 2 bottom, converted over to (home made) 3 point hitch plow. Which I repaired and reinforced - then promptly snaged it again and bent it up. With the trailer type plow if I snag something the hitch will unlatch.
Nearest plow is one of the #52 series. 14" bottoms. I have another trailer wheel, coulters, moldboard and shears from the bent up 3-point hitch plow.
Unbolted the hitch, washed it off with garden hose. Hitch still works. Everything works - needs a bit of PB blaster to loosen up levers and grease the wheels..
Furtherest plow beam number is 583 making it one of the Model 4 series. 2 each 12" bottoms. Haven't look this plow over. Appears to be all there except for some broken springs.
Ask the wife if she wanted to go for a ride to the acreage. 110 degree heat index. Took a couple photos of the tail wheel bolt holes on the first plow. Wife started pulling the brush (multi-floral rose) from the second mower. Got a hand saw from the shop and cut the major branches while wife pulled the brambles from the mower. And she complains that I never take here any place or do anything exciting together.
During research, found that the toy plows cost more than the real thing. Also found an advertisement from 1929 for sale on E-bay for $216-.
