This may not be the correct location for this topic, but here goes. I am sure that there is a wealth of knowledge out there on how to repair and rebuild a hydraulic jack. I am sure that all of us have a jack tossed in the corner years ago that quit working. I would like to see a tutorial showing dis-assembly and replacing O rings and seals, re-assembly and testing.

The cheap Chinese jacks have made most of the hydraulic shops quit carring parts. Cheeper to replace the jack. Good luck finding parts.

I understand that the newer cheaper ones are probably trash. However, I am talking about the older better jacks that have been collecting dust. Maybe it would be feasible to fix them.
