John Deere "H" Radiator Curtains

Postby Virginia Mike » Tue Apr 26, 2005 6:27 am

My cousin has bought a early all-fuel H. Aparently the early ones used a canvas curtain instead of radiator shutters to regulate temperature.
Does anyone know how they were attached and operated?
Thanks,
Mike

Check with your JD parts dealer, mine in Colorado has all the manuals going way back, and virtually any of them can be ordered as reprints. Bob

P.S. I only go there when I need to know something about the Model B and C spreaders that I have, and they're mostly red!!
