What are these!???

Got these today when I went to pick up a Farmall Super A and 140 tractor with some equipment.

Saw these 2 peices that looked like they were some sort of wheel, and didn't know what they fit. Since the owners were hauling everything to scrap once I was gone, I figured I'd get them in case they were IH or something unique.

Next are the unique teardrop turn signal lights with shade covers. Very cool. but what did they go on??

The lug wheels look very much like a set I had to go a Merry Tiller. You took the tines off and put these on so you could pull a plow, cultivator, etc.

I beleive the teardrop lights are from an old truck turn signals.
