Notorious for cracks inbetween the block cylinders. I hope you got a good one. Fresh new oil almost a dead give away.

Those fergie's are great tractors! The components are very heavy though! The oil pan alone weighs about 80lbs.

I see that yours has already been converted to 12v with an alternator.
